Since 1998 SICOAC has bet and committed itself to a Quality approach that has enabled its ISO 9001 certification.

Since 2006 and based on her constant concern to exercise her profession within the framework of respect for the environment, she has obtained ISO 14001 certification to benefit from a management system integrating quality and the environment (QEMS).

Customer satisfaction is our major concern, SICOAC is committed to:

• Maintain and develop a permanent relationship with all its relevant interested parties by ensuring the most effective interactive communication possible.
• Provide our customers with a product and service in full compliance with regulatory legal requirements as well as compliance obligations and customer standards and specifications.
• Maintain and develop the risk-based approach within the company.
• Make its customers aware of the life cycle of its product (PE, PVC pipes and accessories).
• Practice in a clean industry by making optimal use of natural resources reducing negative impacts on the environment.
• Focus on the quality of its personnel by adopting participatory and responsible management
• Pratice continuous Pollution prevention.
